Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add butter and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the garlic, onion, and oreganos and saute for 3 minutes.
Add ground cloves, salt, and ground nutmeg, then sautée for 1 more minute.
Stir in the thyme and rosemary and sauter for 2 minutes.
Next, add the flour and stir until the flour becomes a sticky paste.
Add 1/1 cup flour and continue to mix until the mixture is just a soft dough.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a minute or two until it forms a smooth ball.
Shape the dough into a ball and roll it out into a log, about 2-inches in diameter.
Place the log in the prepared baking pan, seam side down.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and let it rise for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough onto the baking sheet.
Press down gently with a rubber spatula to form a ball of dough.
Repeat with the remaining dough and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the dough from the oven and let the dough rise for another 10 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
While the dough is rising, place the mozzerella cheese in a bowl and whisk together the milk and cream until smooth.
Transfer to a plate, cover, and let sit for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
To assemble the cheese sandwich, place a log on the prepared dough and press down to form the log.
Roll the dough in the log to a thickness of 1/6 inch.
Use your hands to create a small indentation and roll the log into a rough log.
Cut the log lengthwise and crimp the ends.
Place 1/24 cup mozzaloli cheese on the bread and place a small log on top.
