I’m not a fan of breakfast food.
But I love the thought of eating it.
And I’ve had my fair share of breakfast options for the last year.
But this year I’m going to try something new.
And it’s keto.
That’s right, keto toast.
I know that there are people out there who will tell you that it’s impossible to eat a bowl of breakfast cereal with a spoon and that it would just be a waste of time.
And while that’s true, that’s the problem.
Breakfast cereal is a meal that is essential to our daily lives, and it’s easy to overeat.
But that’s okay.
We’re not starving because we’re trying to lose weight, we’re starving because breakfast cereal is delicious.
Keto toast is a great option because it’s high in protein, low in carbs and has all of the health benefits you could want.
Here’s how to make it.
Ketogenic toast:The first step is to make the batter.
The batter is a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add about 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir until it is just combined.
Add more baking soda as needed to make sure it is all incorporated.
Add in the bananas and stir them until it becomes a batter.
If you don’t have bananas, just use almond flour.
This should work fine.
You can also use brown sugar or maple syrup if you don.
You just have to find out what works for you.
The mixture should have a soft, gooey texture.
If you dont have bananas to use, you can also substitute brown sugar for brown sugar syrup.
You could also add in a little cinnamon to help with the sweetness of the batter if you want.
Now add in the baking powder, baking soda, baking powder salt and cinnamon and stir well.
Now you have a batter that will make a delicious breakfast toast.
And that’s it.
Make a batch for yourself and serve with some banana bread, maple syrup or vanilla bean ice cream for a delicious treat.
I hope you enjoy these tasty keto breakfast cereals!
